Another day, another nude photo shoot from Kim Kardashian. The reality star, 34, stripped down yet again on the May 10 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, baring her famous curves in the middle of a desert while wearing nothing but strategically placed stripes of white body paint.

As seen during the show, the mom to 22-month-old North West posed naked for photographer Kesler Tran in a shoot for the relaunch of her website. Save for a stripe of paint across her breasts, and another running the length of each leg, she was completely exposed to the elements.

Nude photo shoots are of course nothing new for the Selfish author — she did two full-frontal shoots last year alone, for Paper and Love. As she revealed on Sunday, however, she’s had to overcome some insecurities with her body due to a persistent autoimmune condition that causes patches of dry, scaly skin.

“I have psoriasis,” she explained on KUWTK. “There is nothing I can do about it, so there’s no reason why I should feel uncomfortable. So to make myself feel better, I lay out all my insecurities before we start a shoot in the hope that no one will be focused on that. “
